Public Library Education Series - Free Overview
An Overview and Samples of our Monthly Pre-Packed Workshops for 50+ patrons to Learn About Longevity & Build Community
Age Without Borders has curated conversations with some of the leading thinkers, innovators and professionals around the world to understand exactly what we need to know to remain healthy, engaged, and prepared for the second half of life.
This package has been specifically prepared for public libraries to offer to their patrons as a monthly series, and to engage a new audience within the community.
Each month, our library members will receive a "Plug and Play" One Hour Workshop- complete with introductory information, video, discussion questions, promotional poster template, and related topics/books for resources.
Anyone on the staff, or local professionals, can easily lead these conversations. Local residents love the topics, the easy and short videos, as well as the conversations that are shared.
*Now you do not have to worry about booking a live presenter, and can access a global level of quality experts, as well as easy tools to engage the participants in conversations and community building.
In addition to the monthly Conversation Series to share with the public, Age Without Borders will be hosting a live MasterClass and Networking Session specifically for library staff. You will connect with other librarians around the country to network, learn more about the topics, meet some of the experts live, and learn updated presentation skills, best practices, etc.
This Free Course serves as a sampler. For more information, or to register your library for the series, contact Kari Henley at [email protected]
